This week we published new research into the early development of clinical commissioning groups, the cornerstone of the coalition government’s NHS reforms. The report focuses on six CCGs and reveals that many GPs don’t currently have a strong sense of ownership of their local CCGs. This is the first output from our three-year partnership with the Nuffield Trust.
