The library offers training sessions in literature searching, critical appraisal and managing references software. These are great opportunities to improve your skills in finding and evaluating health information. All training sessions are currently being held via MS Teams.

Find the training session you would like to attend and click on the ‘Book Here’ link which will take you to the events page. Just click ‘yes’ to attend and details will be sent out to you closer to the time regarding how to join the session. Please note that there are limited places for each session.

Learn to critically appraise an article using the CASP checklist. Suitable for anyone who has to read journal articles either professionally or educationally. It is particularly suitable for those who have not done it before or who lack confidence in this area.
