How do I renew my books?

You will get an email reminder when books are up for renewal, to the email you registered with. The link in the email should take you straight to your profile on the library catalogue where you can renew the books, a total of two mouse clicks! Alternatively if you need to renew over the phone our extension is 3452.

How much are fines?

There are no fines at The Christie Library and Knowledge Service, but do let us know if you are struggling to return books, or would like them for a bit longer.

Can I borrow and return books when the Library is not staffed?
Yes. We have a self-service machine that will allow you to borrow and return books 24/7. It requires a barcode when you can get from a member of staff, and we can also give you a demo on how easy it is to use. We also have a returns box you can drop books into 24/7.
